Has been in the private practice of law for 28 years. Currently represents well over 25 public charities. Has years of experience in filing Form 1023s with the IRS as well as filing annual federal and state 990s. Has represented charities before the Rhode Island Attorney General’s office and in the Rhode Island court systems and continues to do so.
Has served as Chairman of the Westerly Hospital Foundation Board of Directors for eight years and continues to serve on that Board as a member (another eight years). Has served on The Westerly Hospital Board of Directors for three years. Has served on the Stand Up for Animals (animal shelter association) campaign committee. Currently serves as Moderator of the Dunns Corners Fire District.
